Also sent report to MSI tech for assistance just as a backup before making any decision to get the board out to return and get a replacement board. I am going to tinker with it a little more tonight, and maybe even try the flashback feature using the back USB port and see if that may correct it. I tried a couple different bios updates last night to same results. making the on board led defaulting to red. The problem that I am having is the new dragon center mystic light will not sync. The 970 have been replaced with a rtx 2080 ti lightning z. PC should reboot and the update process should start b e cautious to not abort it before the end (can last up to 5mn). Plug the USB pen into one port on the back panel. Download >Bios V1.30, confirm, press and confirm. Take an USB pen with no more than 16GB and only 1 FAT or FAT32 partition. So the problem is elsewhere.ġ/ I have noted the strange mismatch in Bios Explorer between slots 1 and 2 but, Please, confirm that you are not in one of these cases:Ģ/ You said you have " upgraded the bios and same issue persists" to what version?ģ/ Try to load (again) the more recent retailed bios version currently available:
